It’s top 3-5 for sure in my view. The St. George battle with Bakkgard and Long and Ditlev has to be #1 for me. And then also the Pablo Depena battle is up there. There are so many good ones

Loved this race simulation concept with the commentary (by Talbot? anyone else in the car?). Super physical and mental strength training; the visualization being carried out with words was something we all should be so lucky to get. Impressive running by all.

just moved to Tucson! will be crazy if I see Lionel out there training one day! #fangirl and running here is so great, super sunny and dry and so is bike commuting, bike lanes everywhere!!
