Liquorgate Scam: No Bail, Arvind Kejriwal Sent To 3-Day CBI Custody By Delhi Court | News18

Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to the custody of the CBI for three days, following his arrest by the federal agency in the alleged liquor policy case. The agency had asked for custody for five days.
Mr Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI - inside Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court - and then, inside a tumultuous hour, withdrew a Supreme Court petition challenging a stay on grant of bail after his arrest in March - in the same case - by the Enforcement Directorate.
The top court petition was withdrawn - the ED offered no objection - citing a desire to launch a more substantial appeal against the High Court's decision to stay the Rouse Avenue Court's bail order.

Kejriwal's jubilant nature, unlike other criminals, poses before the investigating agencies and the courts as though his arrest was a serious mistake. Now the CBI demonstrates the real tast of arrest in their custody.

Even when any govt official goes on leave they have to give powers to officiate his role to next senior officer. Why CM is not handing over charge to others?

I do not think Delhi is missing Khujli as a CM because as a CM, he does not do anything anyway. He has no portfolio and never signs any documents. Only things he gets involved are advertisement, politics, blame others for his short comings and as an anarchist, works against the system.

Why you people did not arrest him two years before ? ED with one case CBE with another case and Amith shaw yet another one and Modi fabricating a fourth one But all these targetting one person only!
