Fun Fact: The music video to this great song was filmed in Downtown Toronto ( my home town) around Bloor Street and Yonge Street where the old Uptown Movie Theater use to be.

I remember that song when Garth and I watch first The Raccoon on season 2 episode 4.

Video: Exists Bert Racoon: LISA!! *Also Bert in his love state, literally has like every copy of her albums memorabilia and music videos* Honestly that would of been a great episode for an introduction towards Lisa and how she really is, the character is a singer for the show singing alot of the songs in the show, (4th wall break), Bert asks the narrator who she is, he tells him, and eventually Bert falls for her beautiful voice, and eventually finds out she’s actually Bentley’s sister, saying he can have her sign her albums and everything for him letting him keep them afterwards, he eventually gets to meet Lisa and everything that happens from “Spring Fever” eventually happens. :)

I'll be honest: my first exposure to this was in the end credits of "Hobo with a Shotgun," and until I saw a 1988 copyright, I genuinely thought it was a new, circa-2011 recording done in that late-Eighties style.

This really shoulda been the theme song to a cool action movie. LIke a chase across the US to get somewhere before the baddies too? Obviously the baddies are attacking our goodies constantly on their journey. This either plays at the start to get us in the mood or plays over a montage towards the end or maybe both? It IS a great song.
