Thanx for sharing. It’s a really powerful tool which I use regularly. Good that you opened up the Attributes column - I never looked into it. Your column “full file path” is becoming magic in an Excel table if you add a column where you combine it with the excel hyperlink function. This way you can open any file without leaving excel. Yes, Folder.Contents is useful. It’s one of the functions which isn’t available in the user interface.

Yes, but you will need a bit of VBA magic to move them. I’ve got a guide here to deal with that: exceloffthegrid.com/vba-code-to-copy-move-delete-and-manage-files/

I don’t think that is one of the attributes available.

Hi, I tried this idea, but came across the issue of max file length. I need to have the pdf files only. Is it possible to filter out all other folders in the source so the query doesn't need to scan other lengthy folders?

In Power Query change the code in the source step from Folder.Files to Folder.Contents.

@@ExcelOffTheGrid thank you for getting back to me. I tried this and it still shows the full content of the folder including files. I am trying to get just the folder levels. Another great help would be to limit the level of folder to list. Thank you in advance 👍🏻
