It’s 7:27 pm and I’m still alive! When I wake up tomorrow morning at 6:00 am I will thank God and say I’m still alive and God has given me another chance to be kind to another person. I remember one morning in 2016 waking up to a phone call that one of my friends killed himself and I had just spoke to him the night before. I love every morning but that was the hardest morning of my life.. cherish the life you have someone loves you out there 💙💕🙏🏽 he died thinking nobody loved him but he was wrong because I love him!!! Some of us have no one who cares n actually want to die. I've thought about that at times but then I find joy in nature, bird song etc. Then I feel a part of it all, so none of us are really alone. My heart goes out to those who are that low right now. Life is precious. A gift. I wish you real inner peace.

Think And be grateful to be alive - Ok. On another hand it means to always remember death - short life and eternal death = minuscule awareness and endless absence of awareness - wouldn’t we rather forget it in order to fully enjoy the short life? Isn’t the child and the animal joyful just because they don’t know, are not yet aware of death? How to reconcile the two? I so wish you answered this, dear dear Sadhguru!

My mind rushs nonstop. Your mind is like a river it flows nonstop if you want want it to go in different direction it takes work to start digging creating new paths for the river to flow. What i do is use my animal totem which is the grey wolf and i can go in full detail of the smells sounds wind water earth spirit and i just run. I can feel the coolness of the snow or warmth from the sunset. So as im laying down to sleep i run. Nothing but me and nature and thats the key to happyness is unattachment. No politics no religion no flags no races no groups no socail media. Nature is pure bliss. I have god in my heart but i battle demons all the time. Lonelyness depresson anxiety but god helps and makes it easy.
