Listening to this commentary really adds to my disdain for the film makers, directors, who so casually dismiss these movies. I'd have to write an essay to properly explain this. Different metrics for different things. But there's not much of a reason to go to the Cinema unless it's a roller coaster of a movie.

I’m sorry, but he could have hired Michelle Yeoh!!!!!!! I thought Tilda Swinton’s casting was UNNECESSARY!!!!!! And as far as not trying to perpetuate Asian stereotypes, just make sure the character is a FRESH TAKE. I STILL DON’T CARE FOR SWINTON’S PORTRAYAL. BUT IT DOESN’T RUIN THE MOVIE FOR ME. Derrickson dropped the ball in terms of her casting. Nothing against Swinton, whatsoever. Again, DOESN’T RUIN THE MOVIE FOR ME.
