Yep, I remember having my boom box strapped to my handle bars riding to a friend's house & the radio announcer said here's something new from a new band Van Halen, I could not believe what I was hearing lolol I rode straight home & told my mom I have to have a guitar, and have been playing ever since, Damn what a day that was.

This was his warm up stuff back then. He did this every time he went in the studio. The owner of the studio told the engineers that every time Eddie was in the studio, the engineers were to record everything Eddie did. "I don't care he's just farming into a microphone. Record it"
