INGREDIENTS:
500g (17oz) cottage cheese
100g (1/2cup) sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
120g (1 cup) wheat flour
Oil and butter for frying
P.S. IF THE CURD IS VERY DRY, ADD A LITTLE LESS FLOUR.
