About Melissa Isaak:
Melissa L. Isaak founded the Isaak Law Firm to fight exclusively for the rights of men in family law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Melissa served in the U.S. Army as an active duty soldier. While on active duty, Melissa attended college as a full-time student and obtained her bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in psychology.
After an honorable discharge from the military, Melissa worked as a child and adolescent therapist in both a residential hospital and in a private practice setting. Melissa has also worked as an adjunct professor of psychology at Wallace Community College in Dothan, Ala., where she taught courses in general psychology, human growth and development, and statistics. My ex used to say to me that she used to observe all these women who were determined to metaphorically 'cut their husbands balls off'. She said they go to all this effort to turn them into doormats, then all they do is complain "Ugh, he's not the man I married!". Ironically she's a feminist, and she was speaking of women of 40-50 years ago.

As far as notes on a calendar, I did that, and NOBODY cared, not lawyers or judge. If the father has a claim, they ignore it. But any lie presented by my ex was taken as fact. I never imagined it would be that currupt. Lesson learned the hard way.

@@stevenrichardson3000 in the beginning of my no-fault case, I pictured each side's lawyer battling for a fair case, like throwing Pokemon out.. but in reality, both layers and the judge pretend to battle to keep the system going, then all 3 go golfing at the end of the week, and make house payments from fathers trying to see thier kids.

I've got text messages from my ex admitting paternity fraud multiple times and laughing about it. No one wants to see them. If they find evidence of a crime, they might have to act. That's only a problem when she might be in the orange jumpsuit. No problem whatsoever threatening me with jail. Well I stopped working a few years ago and I can't wait for them to say something about my arrears being over 20,000 so I can tell that judge to make it 20 million and go to hell I still won't pay the ransom.

I wish I had heard this over 30 years ago. I hear/see a lot of my ex wife here. I had custody of my children. She always lied. Judges didn't believe me. One judge asked me how much money I pay in alimony and child care. I replied zero. He proceeded to berate and yell at me in court for several minutes before my lawyer could calm him down and explain I had custody of my children. He never heard of a man having custody. This was how it was in 1991 in New Jersey

To my knowledge, certain groups in the Middle East didn't have millions to oppose the United States occupation of their country. I was run out of my kids lives. she moved them 2 1/2 hours away. I drove for years while fighting every step of the way in courts for literally anytime with them. I had to have it in a court order to take my son fishing. The lawyers judges and system did nothing to protect my rights as their father, which means in term they weren't protecting the kids rights' to their own father. Eventually she poisoned them so much, they complained they didnt want to see me anymore. I couldn't fight the system anymore, yet alone, pay the 10's of thousands. That was 8 years ago. My son graduated with a D-, 6 months later he was arrested for carrying an unlicensed firearm (a hand gun) while in possession of drugs. He sat in jail for a year because she never contacted me to help bail him out. When they released him, the court ORDERED HIM ON 9 MONTHS HOUSE ARREST WHICH FORCES HIM TO STAY IN THAT HOME THAT DESTROYED HIM. Today is his 20th birthday. Hes a convicted felon who barely graduated high school who takes drugs. His life is over before he ever had a chance.

I went through something similar. Haven't seen my 2 daughters for a decade after they were poisoned against me. My eldest had serious mental health issue last I heard. I've had divorce lawyers admit they want to see the children's destroyed and end up dead. This and abortion are at the heart of the destruction of civilization. Latin Mass, traditional Catholicism had helped rebuild a great life. We need to get back to the roots of what made the West great. God Bless to all who fight the good fight!

She said I didnt think that question was worth responding too. I lost my shit and we had a shouting match in public. My divorce wad in early 2000's, and recording devices were not a "thing" yet... But if I had recordings, it would have flipped the case 180 degrees. The judge didnt care at all about what i said as the father... Nowadays, 20 years later, my kids are 99% alienated. Never sign the contract.

I'm married happily and I agree with you. I got lucky. I'm going to tell my son to either stay single or have a woman sign a prenup if he decides to marry ( which most likely would mean he stays single). Women in the west especially are ruined with this Disney fairytale. They can be just as strong as a man. 19:20 One fine point here: I’ve been divorced. Twice. The divorce attorneys out there will actually TELL the women they represent to “accuse” the husband of everything possible. I was accused of stuff I didn’t do, and when I confronted my ex about it years later, she told me her attorney urged her too. And she said he told her to accuse me of physical abuse too. I got very lucky my ex refused to go “that far”. Just understand that some of the challenge in divorce is driven by the attorneys representing the women, and I think it is part of how they maximize their fees. So, we have to deal with BOTH the woman’s antics and her attorney’s level of morality.

I lost my home, the opportunity to be a full time live in father to my children, my job that I worked years to get to the level I was at, all because my ex-wife wanted to fk her coworker. She lied and went to the court and said she wants me out of the house because we're arguing in front of the children. Arguing about HER BEHAVIOR! And the Delaware court system granted her an order of protection and kicked me out of my home. Police knocked on my door and made me leave my home in front of my e 4 year old son and 7 year old daughter, all so she could fk someone else. The guy she was fking was engaged to marry in a month or two. He kicked her to the curb within a month. These w0men out here are scandalous. I see women now cheating on their men. They try to hook up with me, while married or in long term relationships. I'm gonna die alone caus I could never trust any of them at this point.

My situation was I came from a broken house. My mother misbehaved so much she chased out my dad. She then hid us across to the other coast. I turned 20 the same year as Affermative Action implemented. Then 15 yrs of 9.5 unemployment. I married the only girl who'd be with me. Unfortunately she is one of these. I did so much work. 8 hours on a minimum wage job, but it had medical insurance. Then used house garage (detached) as the other 8 hours of work. This was daily. 15 hours on weekends. Then after building us strong, we had the world, she goes off again. This time with a HIV "real man". They teamed up. Two against just me. I'm violent on paper now. I wouldn't spend kids/family money trying to disprove lies, lies with a witness. The took my life's work. Lost it. Title IV caused what happened. Lost weight as a result a strong 165 down to 129. Scary

As a kid I watched my mother spend money faster than my father could make it- he worked a day job plus a private accounting practise after hours from home. When my fathers business failed she wanted a divorce. She would bitch n wine about him to us kids and I finally got sick of it listening from the back seat said FFS shut up - I was 16. She yelled at me and once home grabbed a broom to start hitting me. I hid in a cupboard where the broom once stood, but my fingers stuck out holding the door closed so she bashed them. At that point I opened the door n grabbed the broom holding it across her against a wall n said "Don't you ever hit me again". She kept yelling n said get out of this house. I packed my things n left. A year later the house was sold kos my fathers business had folded and he could no longer pay the mortgage. When the house was sold she ripped up the fancy carpet in the lounge because it cost a lot, nevermind that it was cut to the shape of the room. She was so materialistic, logic had no place. 40yrs on I still don't talk to her and avoid family group events. I've seen other women manipulate n lie, so want no part of them. There may be some decent ones but the risk of losing everything is not worth it. I knew 1 guy who's wife wanted a bigger house so they did extensions, only when it was finished did she ask for a divorce. Another guy who's wife died of cancer (nice lady) turned to the church and started a relationship with a woman there. A year later they married & a year after that she asked for a divorce. She had 4 teenage kids so she got his house and he ended up in a caravan.

My ex is an attorney she had several affairs and she tried to lie to the judge about who I was etc etc.. I had proof of everything and I fought for my rights... the judge shut her down! Then she blamed me for her reputation as an attorney had been tainted... lol... I wish her the best... vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord! I have been blessed again with a wonderful wife ❤ who loves The Lord and is a light in my life, we live a peaceful life, in harmony and joy.

Family court could care less if the wife is cheating. All family court does is transfer the house, land, savings, tax return, furniture, car to her. Then they set up the man to pay alimony and child support for 18 years. Transfer the credit card debt out of her name, into his name. That's all court does. They don't care if she is a hooker. Men take a raw deal in court. Stay out of it if your the man. Don't get married for sure.

Men often let their kids taken away from them out of compassion and pity for the mother. When men start talking about 50/50 custody, the mother starts being upset, emotional, she breaks down in tears and anger like her world is going to end. When men see that they tend to think "She seems to be unable to be without the kids even for short period of time, i feel like i'm able to deal with being without the kids and i don't want to be responsible for preventing her from being with them, so i'm going to leave her primary physical custody of the kids" And now the man is trapped.

I got a message for the young guys who have kids and are getting screwed in divorce. The kids eventually grow up to be adults with minds of Their Own. I had 7 kids with my x-wife. They all knew she was a dingbat but had no power. What little time I had with them was about making memories and giving them life skills. Today they have very little to do with their mom because of her self-centered toxicity. I Am The Trusted parent and grandparent in a healthy relationship with my Filipina wife.

Wish this was around in 2015. I am still getting used as a money pig by my ex and the state she lives in. I had admissions from my wife of her cheating on Facebook and text and multiple people backing them up and I still lost in court. I even had proof that the last child born a year before I found out she was cheating wasn’t mine through paternity tests.

Cuz my kid has been SUFFERING for almost a YEAR at this point and all the poor girl wants is to come home, to see her Dad, and this is all after I settled w/her mother the first time around despite being arrested on false accusations and defending myself thru abuse and drug, and allll kinds of other blanket allegations, I STILL settled for 50/50 custody of my daughter, bcuz ik it was what was best for her... Only to have blanket allegations made against me due to a jealous EX, who THOUGHT I was seeing someone else, while she has slept with me, while Hiding her boyfriend who shes been with since 2 weeks after stealing my car, kidnapping my daughter and walking out of our home in the middle of the night while I slept...and hiding him from me, and me from him and lying to us both while claiming to be focusing on "Herself" to "do whats best for her kids" even tho she was putting them and herself in danger by living and sleeping with a man who has NO connection to my child OR hers, and lying to us both. I did what I thought was right and gave up full custody for 50/50 believing it was truly best for my daughter, jus to have her ripped out of my life over hear say and completely false allegations I PROVED to be entirely fabricated wit the sole intent to make me look like shit, Just to have "My" lawyer not only NEGLECT to inform me of the proper time for a court appearance making me miss the court date, while literally sitting by the phone waiting for her call BEFORE the appearance, which didn't come until AFTER the appearance, where she accepted SUPERVISED Visitation 4 hours a week against my explicit instruction NOT TO, then continue to blow off every meeting with me for SEVEN Months until I was told by another attorney to go file for emergency custody and DEMAND a lawyer who isn't going to force myself and my child to suffer bcuz she is too busy blowing me off, Neglecting her client, NOT filing the paperwork required to get my child HOME where she should have been all along... And almost a year later my child is still suffering, begging me every week not to make her leave, beggin me to stay Home, as she tells me how much she hates it at her mothers, and how my wife hits her and is mean and all kinds of other shit.. Its fuckin sickening. I could sit here and type a NOVEL of just the things my wife and her family put ME thru, and did to ME, let alone what they have done to my innocent Child, SOLELY to "Hurt, Punish, and Control" me... and could type another just as long about all the fucked up shit the lawyers and court have done to, and put me AND my 3 yr old daughter thru, simply bcuz my wife lies thru her teeth and lacks ANY morals, and I do not.
