I bought the original one years ago. It still does the job & looks almost new. The odd scratch here & there but still holding up. Best investment I ever made. Strong, sturdy & works great on stairs.

Its nice but as a homeowner I prefer to just have individual A-frame ladders of varying sizes and a single 17 ft aluminum slide ladder.

@Pavel Martinov Its not about the money but rather I would think just from watching the video that having to constantly fiddle with the adjustments would get really aggravating very fast. To me that little giant is a gimmick.

I have a Little Giant that I bought close to 30 years ago. Makes a 6' to a 9' step ladder and a 19' extension ladder. Not fiberglass. A little heavy but the dam thing is indestructible. I like that you can set the legs unequal and use it on stairs. The safest ladder there is imho. I even set it up as an a frame ladder over a big pump put a chain fall on it and lifted the pump. Not having the folding bar between the front and back sections like a regular step ladder is a big plus when yor working in mechanical rooms

I've has one of these on my wish list for years (nonmetallic little giant, that is) but it's never made it high enough to actually be a priority. problem is the only application I can't do with my normal ladder inventory is stairs.

Can the leveling legs be adjusted so that the ladder can be used sideways on stairs?

Hi Rob! Sideways? I'm not sure what you mean by sideways. This ladder is useful for stairs though. Also, the all-terrain feature might give some extra stability.
