Bhagwan Shree Krishna, Avatar of God Vishnu defends Vrindavan from an attack by the Serpent king. Lord Sri Krishna saves the day in this wonderful movie animation story. All is well in Vrindavan as Krishna and his friends are busy playing around. But terror strikes in the form of the evil serpent king Kaliya as the water of Yamuna gets poisoned with his deadly venom. But Krishna metamorphosis into his greatest warrior self and prepares to battle the five headed monster. Showcasing breath taking underwater sequences of the epic fight between Krishna and Kaliya, every inhabitant of Vrindavan holds their breath to find the outcome. Krishna dances to his victory on top of Kaliya while playing his enchanting flute announcing his triumph over evil. Vrindavan is saved once again as Krishna emerges as the true savior - the immortal legendary character, the warrior, the prankstar, the darling of Vrindavan.

When Mahabharat war happen which was in 5561 BCE and Shree Krishna was 55 years old. So he was born in 5616 BCE about 7637 years old. The dates I have tell you are found out by Mr. Nilesh Oak using astronomical description described in Mahabharat. Even tough Some Britishers in 1800 tried to found out about the Mahabharat dates they found out that these are some random dates and this can not happen in past. But In 1885 Chandler Wobble describe wobble of earth on its axis with takes about 26000 years so north pole star changes many times (Right now Polaris is North pole star) in this period so by using historical astronomical sky and star description given he Mahabharat Mr. Nilesh Oak conclude this date you can buy his book for proper understanding.

@@user-jd6hi3to2q This show is based on vrindavan pastimes of lord which is in srimad bhagwatam. Bhagwad geeta is about battle of Kurukshetra and questions asked by arjun the great warrior to the lord, and song of god. 🙏🏻

This was one of the many mystic (divine) displays by Shri Krishna in his lifetime, giving awe to some who could see them. Snake was not related to Kundalini in any way. Sabrina's expressions reflected ours too throughout. 😃

It actually happened 5000 years ago. Krishna appears once in every manvanthara. Current - vaivasvata manvanthara, 28th Yuga cycle, 5000 years into Kali Yuga

Besides A Yuga Cycle ( a.k.a. chatur yuga, maha yuga, etc.) is a cyclic age (epoch) in Hindu cosmology. Each cycle lasts for 4,320,000 years (12,000 divine years) and repeats four yugas (world ages): Krita (Satya) Yuga, Treta Yuga, Dvapara Yuga, and Kali Yuga.

we don't really need to prove if the story is true or not..but the symbols nd the teachings behind this "leela" is the most important thing...those heads of kalia actually symbolises anger,jealousy,greed,ego,hatred nd other negative things which r continuously poisoning the water of yamuna(soul)..this kalia is inside us...nd krishna too is inside us..he is sleeping..just wake ur inner krishna up nd defeat the kalia inside u..thats it...its all bout making u feel that human soul is not different frm the supreme soul..thr is no duality..but we just need to achieve the supreme qualities so that we can finally end up by merging into the supreme🙂🙂..hare krishna❤

@@Bot-br5jz Indeed people in Vrindavan never knew Krishna as Lord because they were in Madhurya,Vatsalya and Sakha Bhava. But others who were in different Bhava knew Krishna as supreme. e.g. Gargacharya,Bhishma,Kunti Maharani,Vidur ji,Drona,etc. You can read prayers by them in Srimad Bhagawatam

In the cartoon they have modified the original story , in fact there was a particular spot in the Yamuna river which was referred to as Kaliya Dah or Kalia's pit , that particular spot of the river was highly toxic and no live survive in that particular spot of the river it so happened that Krishna was playing with a ball with his friends , the ball fell in the river in the Kaliya Dah , but none of the boys dare venture in the river to get the ball because everyone knew how poisonous and toxic that particular spot of the river was because of the residence of a highly powerful and poisonous snake by the name Kaliya . Animal, birds and even marine life did not dare Adventure in The Kaliya Dada.... and although the cowboys tried to stop Krishna and warn him that he should not jump in the river to get the ball from Kaliya Dah , Krishna nevertheless leapt in the river to get the ball .... the horrified friends of Krishna rush to the village to inform their parents that Krishna had jump in the most poisonous part of the river ..... Kaliya was a seven headed snake .... it is said that when Krishna started dominating and dancing on the 7 hoods of the snake jumping from one hood to another and Stamping his foot on the head of the snake is created a musical noise and from the jumping of Krishna on the 7 hoods of the snake the seven basic sounds of Indian music [ sa , re ,ga , ma , pa , dha , in, ] were first produced .

If you're looking for a reaction to really learn lessons from, watch the anime version of Ramayana. It's called 'The Legend of Prince Rama'. There is an English version too and one where Bryan Cranston voices Rama! In my opinion, it's visually and screenplay-wise the best depiction of Ramayana. Trust me guys, you will get to learn a lot about the culture and it's better to watch Ramayana first since Mahabharata historically took place later. The anime was directed and produced by a Japanese filmmaker and it was a collaboration between Japanese & Indian animators. It's a beautiful spectacle! These mythological stories from the Bhagavata Purana are very interesting and fun to watch. I am amazed about the number of mythological stories in the Bhagavata Purana, who wrote them? The Mahabharata alone ( a part of the Bhagavata Purana) has 100,000 stanzas and it is 8 times as long as the Iliad and the Odyssey combined. How big is Bhagavat Purana, i do not know. Anyway, the Mahābhārata is the longest epic poem known and has been described as "the longest poem ever written . This animated cartoon about Little Krishna is well taken. This story from Indian mythology is ideal to read to children. Stories from Krishna's childhood inspire children to be brave and to stand up for what is right.

@@usage123sssss The Puranas do not enjoy the authority of a scripture in Hinduism but are considered as Smritis. The Hindu sacred texts are divided into Shruti (“What Is Heard”) and Smriti (“What Is Remembered”). The Sruti - which includes the Vedas and Upanishads - are considered to be divinely inspired while the Smriti - which includes the Mahabharata (including the Bhagavad Gita) and Ramayana are derived from great sages. Itihasas like Ramayana and Mahabharta are partly historical but mixed with some mythology. ( this is my opinion)

It's itihas not mythology....pls read wisely ancient text. Krishna's under water castle still exist in Arabian sea of dwarka.... if Ramayan and Mahabharat were mythology how ream sethu bridge and palace of krishna still found.... even US and Russian scientists don't believe it's mythology rather they believe it's history of india and how they were so developed 5000yrs back.... see interview of US russia britain and Germany scientist on Lord krishna...

I donno someone here knows about this or not but I've watched ramanand sagar's shree krishna in my childhood, it's just exact and wow it was amazing and later on there was a set of CDs in my home in early 2000s but I'm pretty sure that it was also shot in 90s, this serpent tale omg I got so nostalgic rn. Btw if u love krishna then u must watch that Ramanand Sagar's shree krishna TV show. Can't tell you how glad I'm to see u following krishna and our Indian culture.

originally Lord krishna told kaliya naag to leave Vrindavan and not even try to look back at it again.but after some Distance Kaliya looked back at vrindavan and immediately turned into stone. he as statue is still present to this day in his own temple. Jay shree krishna🙏.

Kalia had 1101 hoods. Krishna broke all his hoods but didn't kill him, because his wives were Krishna's devotees. Kalia left from Yamuna river and still lives in Fizi Island near Australia.

Actually the Kalia serpent is symbolic of sexual desires ( This has been made clear in the Srimad Bhagwatam , the original source of this story , and also by various masters as well ) . Sri Krishna does not kill Kalia because he is not against such desires when they arise out of pure love but when selfish lust is the only reason Krishna disproves . Hence Krishna purifies Kalia ( desires ) by draining out the poison of lust and by blessing him with love .
