Thanks for a great video, Richard! As a result of watching this, we spent my birthday hiking Little Wildhorse and Bell canyons. (We enjoyed a day exploring Goblin Valley as well.) Southern Utah is a wonderland of cool erosion features.

I've gone to the Swell around 20 times and my family only hangs atoumd the main area around the Wedge Overlook. I recently started looking into hiking and ive found out so many things ive never thought would be in the Swell

I've been corrected on the pronunciation of San Rafael as I used to pronounce it as you do. The correct pronunciation is San Ra-fell. I do not know why but that is the way they pronounce it. I was there around the same time you were but instead of hiking the canyons I flew my drone up the ridge giving a different perspective. The location I flew was about a quarter mile east of the parking area you were at and in my video you can see the parking area. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i5anoKV8y62ml58.html
