There should be more fan-made MK movies. The producers of the feature films clearly have a hard time making a quality videogame based film, but many times, the fan-made short films are better quality than actual studio productions.

Reptile actually was in the new one he just looked similar to how he did in deadly alliance, you can confirm this is in fact him by Shang Tsung’s line “fetch the reptilian syzoth” (syzoth being reptiles real name)

I re-watched that before I made this! It was a very difficult watch - Shao Khan is particlarly bad in it. The first film was a strong influence for this though.

@Mutable Cloud110 mk: annihilation is disliked by so many people for simple reasons: -bad screenplay -bad script -bad acting -most of the main-figures are recasted -bad costumes -bad dialogs -bad CGI-effects (even for 90's standarts) -no real story-line -too many characters (for too short time and not realy story-relevance) -bad fight-coreographics .... Pros: -jax was ok -soundtrack was ok -mk:annihilation dragon-logo was awesome!

Alright, that was frickin awesome! Loved the acting and special effects, and definitely had some good Easter egg type things to notice for the MK fans! Reptile cracked me up, and had some great moments in there, really liked his special moves. Liu Kang's fighting style was on point too, I definitely recognized it!
