i feel like for the PGA Tour players its not a case of do they want to play on Liv Tour, its more around the contractual details of teams and ownerships etc. I mean i cant remember the Cleeks winning anything so them getting a current tour champion would be a huge boost.

To me, that is like John Daley getting an offer... it may fill a nice niche, but I am not overly impressed. The bigger story is why have some of the other potential sign ons said no. Look at his history. Hovland never plays but a handful of tournaments in the early season and many of those are "non-official" events such as the resort stops. That and he just made $33M last year.

Would make sense for AK to go LIV, at 38, not playing competively for 12 years, he won't win on the PGA Tour. More people would watch LIV for AK, but once he fails to impress the novelty will be gone. Don't get me wrong, I liked watching AK 12 years ago, but it is what it is.

Would LOVE 2c AK play again! He was my all time favorite player 2 watch, even over Tiger! I still can remember Tiger making fun of his diamond studded AK belt buckle! Remember in that Ryder Cup when he had beaten Garcia something like 6 an 5 and did not even know he had won? After a round he would go partying all night and barely make his next day tee time and then still compete and even won 3 or 4 times before he got hurt and took the Lords Of Londan insurance policy?
