Doctor ,my father was having fibrosis and then cirhosis .He is now advanced HCC patient .He is negative for viral infections ,auto immune disease ..What are my risks for developing Cirhosis or HCC..I do ultrasound and fibroscan .I have mild fatty liver . Fibroscan score is 3.4 kpa

എനിക്ക് പത്തുവർഷംമുമ്പ് ഹെപ്പറ്റൈറ്റിസ്-സി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതാണ് അതിന് ട്രീറ്റ്മെൻറ് എടുത്തു ഒരു വർഷം മുമ്പ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഫാറ്റി ലിവർ ഗ്രേഡ് 2 ആയിരുന്നു പിന്നെ ഭക്ഷണം കണ്ട്രോൾ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഫാറ്റി ലിവർ ഗ്രേഡ് 1ആയി ഞാൻ ഡിപ്രഷൻ ഉള്ള നാല് ഗുളികകൾ കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് എനിക്ക് ഇനി ഫാറ്റിലിവർ പൂർണമായി മാറുമോ? ഹെർണിയ ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് അധികം വ്യായാമം ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റാറില്ല അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ എന്തു തരം വ്യായാമമാണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് ഹെർണിയ ഓപ്പറേഷൻ ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ അതിനുള്ള പൈസ കുറച്ച് ടൈറ്റ് ആണ് ഞാൻ എന്ത് തരം വ്യായാമം ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് ഒന്നു പറഞ്ഞു തരാമോ ? പിന്നെ ഏതുതരം ഭക്ഷണമാണ് കൂടുതൽ കഴിക്കേണ്ടത് എന്ന് കൂടി പറഞ്ഞുതരാമോ?

നല്ല രീതിയിൽ വിശദീകരിച്ചു.നന്ദി. എൻ്റെ brother സിറോസിസ് വന്ന് ആണ് മരിച്ചത് . മദ്യപാനം ഇല്ലാത്ത ആളായിരുന്നു. എനിക്ക് ഫാറ്റി ലിവർ ഉണ്ട്. ഞാൻ ഫൈബ്രോസ്കാൻ ചെയ്ത് നോക്കി. 8.14. kpa ആണ്. ഫാറ്റി ലിവർ ഗ്രേഡ് 1 യിട്ടു ഒരു 20 വർഷം ആയി. Carbohydrates കുറയ്ക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.. sugar നിയന്ത്രണം ആണ്. 8 .14 kpa റിസൾട്ട് ഡോക്ടറുടെ അഭിപ്രായം എന്താണ്?

എന്റെ മദറിന് 8വർഷമായി സീറോസിസ് ട്വീറ്റ്മെൻറിൽ ആയിരുന്നു.6മാസം കഴിയുമ്പോൾ , scanning ,endoscopy.bloodtest എന്നിവ തുടർച്ചയായി ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഭക്ഷണം വേണ്ടാതാകുകയും,വയർവീർത്തുവരികയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.. തുടർന്ന് hospitalൽadmit ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.8ദിവസം..endoscopy scanning ECG ഇവയെല്ലാം നടത്തി.. ഒരു കുറവുമില്ല....അന്നനാളത്തിൽ ഞരമ്പ് തടിച്ചു നിൽക്കുന്നുണ്ട് എന്നും അത് brake ചെയ്യാൻ സാദ്ധ്യത ഉണ്ടെന്നും പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു..ഇപ്പോൾ വീട്ടിലാണ് ഉള്ളത്.blood മോഷനിലൂടെ പോകുന്നുണ്ട്.86 വയസ്സ് ഉള്ള തിനാൽ ഇനിയൊരു endoscopy യും binding ഉം വേണ്ടാ എന്നാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ അഭിപ്രായം. Dr. ഏഴുവർഷമായിട്ട് എനിക്ക് ലിവർ സിറോസിസ് ഉള്ള ആളാണ് കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലെ ഗ്യാസ്ട്രോ വിഭാഗത്തെയാണ് കാണുന്നത് ഡോക്ടർ വിശദീകരിച്ചതുപോലെ എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റുകളും എനിക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട് എനിക്ക് വലിയ കുഴപ്പമൊന്നുമില്ലാതെയാണ് പോകുന്നത് ot, pt 45 40 ഒക്കെ ആയിട്ടാണ് കാണുന്നത് റോബിൻ 1.5 ഒക്കെ ചിലപ്പോൾ കാണാറുണ്ട് അക്കാലിൻ ഫസ്പ്രസ്സ് 200-230 ഒക്കെയാണ് അത് കാര്യമായിട്ട് കുറയുന്നില്ല സ്കിന്നിലെ തണുപ്പ് അടിക്കുമ്പോൾ പച്ചവെള്ളം ചാടുമ്പോഴൊക്കെ ചൊറിച്ചിലും തടിപ്പും ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു ഉറക്കക്കുറവും ഉണ്ട് ക്ഷീണവും ഉണ്ടാകാറുണ്ട് വീട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഫുഡ് മാത്രമേ കഴിക്കാറുള്ളൂ കാലിലും വയറിലും ഇതുവരെയായിട്ടും നീർക്കെട്ട് ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല വെയിറ്റ് 72 കിലോഗ്രാം ഉണ്ട് അത് കുറയ്ക്കണോ ഡോക്ടർ ആൽക്കഹോളിക് ഫിറോസിസ് ആണ് ഈ ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് തുടർന്നു പോയാൽ മതിയോ

സർ, ഇതു ഷുഗർ മൂലം ഉണ്ടാകുമോ? എന്റെ അമ്മക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ പരിശോധന യിൽ liver cirrossis സ്ഥിതീകരിച്ചു. ബട്ട്‌ എന്തു കാരണങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടാണ് എന്ന് കണ്ടു പിടിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.അപ്പോ എന്താ ചെയുക?

കഴിഞ്ഞ എട്ടു വർഷമായി ലിവർ patientം ആണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു മാസമായിconstipation , bleeding ഉണ്ട്. Urine is very dark.. yellow colour in eye..😅,,, bilirubin is ,3. What should be done to cure jaundice.
