അരിഷ്ടം അതായത് ദശ മൂലരിഷ്ടം, ദ്രാക്ഷ്‌ഹാരിഷ്ടം, തുടങ്ങിയവ ചുമ്മാ കുടിക്കാറുണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെ ലിവർ സിറോസിസ് വന്ന ഒരു ചേച്ചിയെ എനിക്കറിയാം. അരിഷ്ടത്തിൽ ആൽക്കഹോൾ 10 ശതമാനത്തോളം ഉണ്ട്. അരിഷ്ടം വൈദ്യന്റെ കുറിപ്പ് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലേ കൊടുക്കാവൂ എന്ന നിലപാട് ആയുർവേദ മരുന്ന് കടകളിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കണം.

Very informative People are not aware of how much sweets, rice, kappa etc is destroying their liver. For example Kappa + rice = carbohydrate + carbohydrate

My brother in law was a yoga teacher total tea tolerance, was doing yoga and meditation never take drinks totally on vegetarian died our of liver liver cirosis

എന്റെ പിതാവിന് ലിവർ സ്റ്ററോസിസ് വന്നു. മരണപെട്ടു. യാതൊരു വിധമായ ലഹരിയോ, പുകവലിയോ ഒന്നുമുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. തിരക്കി തിരക്കി ചെന്നപ്പോൾ ഒരു ഡോക്ടർ വെശപ്പുണ്ടാകാൻ ഒരു "ടോണിക്ക്" എഴുതികൊടുത്തിരുന്നു. Betonin. നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ 99% ആൾകഹോൾ. ലിവർ പോയില്ലെങ്കിലല്ലേ അത്ഭുതമുള്ളൂ. ഹ ഹ ഹ
