⭐️THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Arms and Abs Workout
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells and Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band.
We're using between 10 and 20 lbs.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!
► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 5 Circuits (Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, Back + Biceps)
✔️ 2 Moves Per Circuit (Strength + Power)
✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeating Each Circuit x 2 Sets
✔️ And There Is A 1-Minute Ab Exercise Between Circuits

1. Strength: Alternating Lat Raise
2. Power: Chop + Single Arm Press R/L

I really enjoyed the variety of movements and incorporating the bands. Now that I’ve done it once, this is a good one to go back to and slow it down and try heavier weights. I for sure need some kind of tutorial for push up progressions because those are freakin tough. Fun end to my day, thanks!

holy moly - band and hammer curls crazy difference in hitting level of fatigue. keep up the good work. Push ups yesterday left me with crispy shoulders so substituted planks while you guys did the push ups

Oh wow the bands with the hammer curls really helps you "squeeze" the oranges in your arm pits...fire. I could probably go heavy with the band assist.

Loving these new workouts! So sore from Monday’s EMOM but pushed myself to do this one. Love the band addition for burpee back pull-down, triceps and shuffle punch! Really like the targeting of a specific muscle and getting enough reps in to fatigue the muscle. Thank you for your hard work and your energy to keep pushing us!! Many thanks to Rachel TOO!!! I used to hate shoulders but after doing enough squat presses, isolated shoulders feel like a nice break lol. Those triceps though. Spicy right off the bat.

This was great! When you said “hi Katie” my girls ran to the tv bc they thought you could see me 🤣 they were waving and saying “hi Mrs Bomgren!” 🤣 anyways, question… been doing your workouts for years (got me back into shape post partum now 3/5 xs) I’ve been thinking about joining but this is my thing- I can’t do all the live workouts live bc I have to do my workouts during breakfast before we start school (I switched legs and arms this week in order to do this workout) will the extra workouts that are offered when you join be available to do anytime for members? For live workouts we film them on our own to rather than with our videographer that is why the quality is not as good. But it allows us to go live with you all more! Thanks for the feedback!
