I am so sick of people using their bad childhood as an excuse for their own criminal acts. Lots of severely abused people have grown up to be great parents.

Some are damaged and repeat the abuse. It's all they know and normal for them. That is well documented. The beat goes on until somebody pays the price.

It’s unfortunately true and clinically proven in many cases. It’s like this: 80% of smokers don’t get lung cancer but 80% of lung cancer sufferers smoke. Regardless of her sad soppy stories there was no proof of her mental illness. She has none. But her elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top, that’s clear. How did nobody notice all her life???

True. Sadly, everyone responds differently to abuse. I’m just glad she will never be free. Timothy did win. He’s with Jesus now. Free of any pain, or fear. Nothing but love and light surrounds him. That much, I am absolutely certain. Fly high angel baby.

Yup my cousin was in prison and a guy came in that raped and killed a child. I was on the phone with him when I heard an inmate tell him he’s up.. I said what does that mean.. that’s when he told me about this horrible guy and said he already got his beaten now he we take turns so he never gets a moments peace it can be kicking his chair, taking his food, hanging up on his calls etc… hoping this is her future and it still wouldn’t compare to what she did to that poor child..

So sick of hearing how she worked for the courthouse... She's a evil murderer. Nobody cares what she did for a living
@jennys2543
@jennys2543 3 ай бұрын
evil murder is evil murder and there's no greater sentence she could have received in a state without capital punishment, but I do find what she did for a living highly relevant. defense argues negligence & lack of understanding to fight these charges. To learn she was a functioning member of society, above average intelligence & had a deeper understanding of the law than the average individual, just totally contradicts the defense's argument and further adds to what a deranged person she is. All that knowledge she learned to become a lawyer, she used to manipulate the system until circumstances caused a massive slip in the facade she built up and police were forced to investigate. This wasn't some average person that might not know the nuances of our legal system & the punishments she could have received for her actions. As a licensed lawyer, she knew very well about possible defenses & what could have happened to her if people found out how she was treating Timothy.

Yes. I was stunned when I learned Ted Bundy studied law and worked for the police a short time. He said on tape that's how he learned how to beat the system for awhile.. And he went to church to make a "good public impression" that he used later in the trials.. When I watched Shondas video (camera footage of the police officer that talked to her after finding the body) she plays such a dramatic role and all of it was a lie. Even there, between her fake sobbing, she was talking bad about her deceased son.. Those types are cold blooded and highly manipulative.

Exactly right. As a psychiatric & substance abuse nurse in the community health care system, I can atest to the numerous people who, determined to give their children a better home than they had, having been abused, instead sought therapy, support groups (& often God) to learn how to be good parents. Evil behavior is a CHOICE, as I've seen in my 35+ years, over & over.

I just read your comment and I’m so sorry what has happened to you as a little girl. I was thinking as I read your comment how you must feel about the Gypsy Rose case? I only ask because I myself had a horrific childhood. I couldn’t do anything about the abuse till one day when I turned 16 and left home and never returned or spoke to my mother even again after all these years. She’s still alive in her 80s and I’m now 59 years old. I understand why we’re asked to forgive our abuses, it’s to allow us to move on in life and not allow that person to take up space in our brain, body or soul. I don’t believe that saying is true at all. After leaving home, I never looked back or even thought about her again and still after all these years the only thing that comes to mind about my mother is when I hear stories like Gypsy rose and her fake reasonings for killing her mother. I get so upset when I see people that believe her story because they watched a lifetime movie. Maybe if people dug deep into the facts of who the Real Gypsy is they to would understand why she truly belongs in prison for life. They also she realize who’s “Ruby Rose Blanchard” She like Nick had Ulta eagles and Gypsy would become Ruby and not Gypsy. stated in the videos when she was all dressed up, licking the knife that killed her mother. So basically, what I can’t wrap my head around is how there’s so many more worse case of child neglect and abuse out there but these other people didn’t kill their parents or abuser. In the video with Gypsy and her mother I see a woman who over loved that girl. I myself have never experienced that kind of love. I understand things are different behind closed doors because that was my life but it wasn’t that bad. She was able to walk about that house and do what she wanted. The only one thing she was prohibited from doing was going out into the public without her wheelchair. I believe the only fear Dede had was for Gypsy to release the truth. I’m sure most of the fighting that happened in that home was about gypsy, threatening her mother that she’s going to go public with the truth. Gypsy Rose Blanchard is a fake, fraud and will continue with her bad behavior. The only people that Failed Gypsy was the court system. They should’ve ordered that after she completed her prison term that she’s to go straight into a long term mental health treatment! For two years or longer. It will not shock me when and if she has a child or two that she will continue to do anything to get attention, that is her biggest downfall she has had attention from the moment she was a little girl all the way up to the moment she get out of prison.

@@BostonBitch333I know this comment isn't intended for me and I agree with most of what you have to say, except for this. DeeDee didn't just put her in a wheelchair for public sympathy. She gave her medication that was not needed, put her through numerous unnecessary painful surgeries. That is abuse. DeeDee abused her daughter. DeeDee was a scammer and a manipulator. That being said though, no one has the right to take another's life. I think a lot of people failed in this situation though. It's a shame it had to go so far. Gypsy definitely needs mental health care. I agree she should be mandated by the courts to have that. Normal people don't kill or plan or manipulate others to kill. I believe she herself is a manipulator because she learned from the best. This whole situation is a mess. I bet if this story wasn't in the limelight she'd still be in jail.

Dee Dee was most definitely not this over loving parent you have made her out to be. I agree with above comment, she abused her daughter in a way to benefit her, attention, etc etc. I can’t say I feel sorry for her. There is no way that Gypsy should have been allowed to enter society without mental health facility first for numerous reasons besides the murder itself. But your statement in defense of the mother is quite disturbing as well.

The Heifer is an arrogant,sadist,with narcissistic tendencies. Who the heck cares how educated the “person” is. It didn’t do her any good. This was a sad case of the family not caring about all the children in the family. Every aunt, uncle, older cousin, grand parent, should have know what this crazy woman was doing. She’s mentally detached from the real world around her.

I'm grateful to the judge who did everything he could to honor Timothy through the trial and sentencing. Timothy deserved so much more in life, but at least justice is served, and Timothy is forever free and safe. ❤

It's not unbelievable. It's completely indicative of exactly WHO she is as a human being. She is a Narcissistic Sociopath who not only took great pleasure in what she did to Timothy...she also took great PRIDE in her work, and YES...to this beast it was WORK for her. It was her JOB to show that poor little boy who the boss was! And I completely concur with the judge with him stating how thankful he is that Timothy finally passed on and can no longer feel unloved and will no longer be tortured by this piece of human garbage! R.I.P. Timothy

My son was diagnosed with Autism at 3 years old. I had him when I was young - he's now 22. He has transformed my heart and continues to make me a better person each day. I've learned so much from him, about myself, and the world in general. I am kinder, more compassionate, patient, accepting... I strive to live my life like he does - being myself, unabashedly. He's so much better at it than I am. Her life and heart could have been so beautiful if she had allowed herself to love him. He deserved so much more than her. If her lawyer is correct, there may be an explanation one day, but there will never be a justification. Tim wins.
