EXACTLY. Jury can't know manner of death in a homicide and defense cannot question the coroner why he/she made manner of death "undetermined" and not "homicide" inline with the homicide charge. Clearly, because its not clear this is a vehicular homicide, given Officer O'Keefe is beat and chewed up.

Please look up what a judge’s job responsibilities entail. “Rules of evidence” is an actual thing.

The police officer that was killed was lured by other police officers who had a beef with the him. They all were drinking at a house party where he reportedly was then beaten to death and left to die in the snow. The house was owned by “the 3rd party culprit” another officer who is accused of beating him. The officers investigating the scene were all family and friends of the home owners. They knew Karen Reed had been drinking and they are trying to blame her for hitting him with her car. Evidence shows that the police officer (home owner throwing the party) never came out of his house to see the ambulance fire trucks state troopers on his lawn, after the incident he threw away the basement carpet, wear he was thought to have been beaten, sold the house and got rid of the dog. His sister in law who was in the house at the time at the party googled “how long to die in the snow”.

@@Kutefairytale14 The problem with that theory is that they were all drunk but no one witnessed anything. Weird for a police officer not to have any cameras. No one even noticed a body on the front lawn as they left the party waking to their cars? She may have hit him. We just don’t know for sure until we see the evidence. It bothers me that people seem so certain of guilt or innocence of 1st degree murder. I just can’t put someone away for life without knowing and hearing ALL the evidence and not to have this judge not let the jurors hear that the FBI is investigating all of the Canton Police and the state trooper who was an investigator and KNEW the cop who owns the house and is the 3rd party culprit said to have lured him to his house and beaten him to death. Albert then threw his phone away destroyed evidence by ripping up his basement carpet, selling the house and giving his dog away. All after he is accusing Karen Reed of 1st degree murder on his front lawn. Why didn’t he come out of his house? I mean even if I weren’t a 1st responder and someone was killed on my front lawn I’d be out there seeing what’s going on. He is held to a higher standard being a 1st responder. Too many accusations of evidence tampering too.

@@AmyDurant-xf1md As they lived with Karen and John much of the time, the Commonwealth was always going to use them to make it appear the couple was always fighting. They weren't going to get a pass because of their ages as the CW sees them as the best bet to smear Karen.
