Those people found out later that the counting had started again so they went back. All what they did is on video, u can clearly see them doing this. These systems are more secure than pen and paper. If someone compramises a voting system, there would be a record or some other evidence that the system was compramised. In the case of a Pen and paper, if the paper is turned in and "gets lost" there is not as much evidence to follow.
