Well fished Dave. Must be a bit gutted having lost those 3 fish at the start which would have you won the match. Still 3rd better than section. Quick question, Do you tie your own hook lengths. I have had a couple of matches in the last 2 weeks where I have been plagued by loosing fish. I use mainly Preston 4 and 6" banded 16 and 14 hooklengths. having had inquest after the last match found that having looked at all aspects of Pole/Feeder terminal tackle the only reason I lost these fish is due to the band being tied to far from the hook. I have now changed to Bands tied tight to the hook and have not lost a fish in the last 2 matches. ? Good luck on the next match mate. Keep on Bagging
