Muck2014 They have a lot of discretion. If the two individuals in this video got high powered criminal defense attorneys they might be able to argue the probable cause was insufficient and reduce or drop some of the charges. In this case though, it seems that outcome is unlikely.

Muck2014 a bungee cord in a circle(commonly used for using drugs) and a torch next to it in between his legs with no injury in sight. It is at least suspicious. Also doctors cops and nurses don’t just have a bungee cord turnequet. They are real ones

@@aaidren never saw how having a few extra cops was a bad thing, (even though that never happened on the video), i would much rather live in a country were 15 cops show up when trying to arrest someone with violent warrants, then living some were like in the UK were if i called the cops it would take them 15 minutes to show up and i'd be lucky if two showed up and even then the cops have no means of deadly force if something were to happen

Deputy Brown is my favorite officer out of all the live PD shows. He is fair and cuts alot of breaks but enforces the laws when someone in ignorant or in severe crimes like this guy. I have been watching him since he was a normal patrol officer. I think this show actually supported his 3 promotions to corporal , Seargant and now he is the big bad LT. I would not doubt it if we see him within the next year become a Captain. I would love to meet this honorable man in person but not while on the wrong side of the law. During my winter break heading to Georgia and the Carolinas, I may need to stop by the police department to meet him. He is great!

I love how he left things he uses to shoot up on the front seat and had a bunch of IDs from all of the identities he stole-including the identity of an 80year old, which he should have to do serious time for and hopefully his charges force him to work fast food for the rest of his life because I have no compassion for doing such a thing- but he's trying to make it look like the cops are corrupt and went out of their way to arrest him. That guy deserves jail.
