Back in high school I used to sell donuts and burgers. This kid was giving me fake money. A fight broke out. It was investigated and the secret service paid that kid a visit for passing counterfeits. Never seen him again after that

Devoni Benoit whenever you get caught with or passing counterfeit money you are immediately visited by the United States Secret Service in the local county jail or police station and then you are given to them. They are the main ones responsible for handling that crime. Like he said above, a guy would come into the store I worked at 6 years ago and he passed 2 fakes 20's but they were so realistic the only thing was the serial numbers on them all ended in 0000, he came back in again a third time and we called the police and he had a pocket full of them and god knows how much else in his house.. Cop came back to the gas station later that night and I asked what happened to him, he said the secret service picked him and the fake money up and took him to Knoxville. Never seen him again.

2002 dial up connection I’ve received fake money from a bank before. I unknowingly passed it along and didn’t get in any trouble for it at all. It was $100 too

It's accepted that there are counterfeits in circulation so, if you have one or two on you, you are probably a victim who has had them passed to you unknowingly. More than that (like the stories on this thread or the piles of notes in the video) & you're likely to be linked to the source of those counterfeits, so you'll be getting paid a little visit.
