See now you're making sense, landmines are always the answer. Haha; in all seriousness, this situation just shows that when children are giving difficult living circumstances they are more likely to fall into a life of crime in an attempt to escape the crappy cards they've been dealt with. I'm by no means justifying some 13-year-olds use of crack cocaine but I am saying that if there were better programs in place to provide some form of guidance for kids in these harsh circumstances then this kid might have had a better alternative to drugs at such a young age.

honestly, i understand what your trying to say, but think about it. you control your kid and they will rebel, it’s okay for ur kid to make mistakes, obviously not to this extent, but they need to learn lessons and if it involves something like weed or alcohol let them learn, it’s the only way they can grow up, their friends could also deal with lots of peer pressure in school.

Growing up, my eldest brother was in a gang and would bring random individuals to our home and I’d see all type of illegal stuff happening, drugs, guns and lots of blood. Seeing how messed up some kids become makes me fearful that my son could end up like that.. I've seen good kids from great homes turn into trash.. Now I know the anxiety my mom felt when I was a kid.

I don't think people understand how the law works Lulz. If she smells weed, she has the right to search a person's for more weed because of probable cause. The weed could of been from him smoking earlier or a friend smoking it earlier, doesn't matter. Just cause it's coke and not weed doesn't mean it's not penalized. Police find unlicensed weapons, an array of drugs, and other things when dogs search around people's cars who have been pulled over on a daily basis. The only way he may have gotten out of it is if he denied them searching himself and had a really good lawyer. But even still, if they smell alcohol on someone they still have the right to have you do a field sobriety test.

Turbolix Cops still don't get full range to search anyone with probation at liberty. They must do so with reason. There literally have been court cases over this, you should hit the books and learn some history.

are you implying cops can't lie? are you implying there's no chance the kid didn't smoke earlier OR have weed? A huge amount of arrests are based on police lying and/or white-lying, as well as persuasive tactics towards self-incrimination. "look, just show us where it is and we'll work with you"

@@K9River it is before you smoke it. But Dabs is a chemically altered marijuana product that you heat with a blowtorch to get high. It makes it more potent. Still bad, just not crack cocaine bad.

I’m more thankful I stay away from my classmates and friends that have done bad stuff. More importantly my parents raised me more better and spend more time with me.
