Atty may sinasaka kami matagal ng panahon nahinto lamang nung matabunan ng lahar sa pagputok ng mt. Pinatubo, binalikan namin 3 yrs ago nolinisan at kasalukuyan nmin sonasaka ngpatayo na rin kami ng bahay. Ngayon napagalaman nmin nakapangalan na sa iba ngreklamo nrin kami sa DAR subalit hanggang ngayon walang aksyon. Fating marsh land ito at walang lot number pero ngayon nagkaroon na ng lot number ayon sa nakuha namin aprove plan salamat po.

Kailangan pa po bang ipa register sa BIR yong Deed of Sale ng encroachment of 10 mters of land since nagkabayaran na po. Pwede rin po bang ipa annotate yong Deed of Sale sa TCT ng owner na na encroached yong property nila. Salamat po sa inyong oagtugon. God bless you pi.

Atty. May lupa ang lolo ko 3 portion nakapangalan pa sa lolo ko, bali commond pa. Andito kami nakatira sa lupa sa lolo ko meron kami tax declaration sa 3 ka lupa at tax declaration din sa bahay namin. Lahat na lupa namin na 3 portion inangkin o ninakaw sa mga kapitbahay namin nagpatayo sila ng bahay,.pero nuon sinaway sila ng mother ko, ayaw magpaawat sa amin at napatayuan nila ng bahay.gusto namin kausapin sila sa bahay ayaw nila humarap sa amin.kaya napilitan kami na ipatawag nalang sa barangay hall sa baryo namin.

Good day po Attorney. Yung scenario ko po is nkalagay po sa tatay ko yung tax declarition from back in 1978 stating an absolute deed of sale to my father which is notarized. We recently checked sa assessors office and initially di daw mahanap. So pina check po namen sa friend namen and surprisingly, meron daw tax dec with the same data and same idententifiers thats reflected on the tax dec we posses for my father pero ibang pangalan! Mukhang finalsify po or sadyang pinalitan po yung name sa tax dec.

Atty gudmorning po. May katanongan lang po sana ako. May lupa po ang magulang namin at titulado sa pangalan ng Tatay at Nanay namin.kaya lang po may pakarihas na name at apilyido ang tatay ko na taga ibang Brgy. At sila ang nakaposisyon sa lupa. Tapos ibininta na po nila sa ibang tao ang lupa namin at sila na po ang nkaposisyon sa lupa. At pinatawag ko na po sya sa brgy at wala po kaming napagkasunduan ng malinaw na usapan kc ang sabi nila ay hindi daw sila aalis sa lupa. Ano po ang pwedi naming gawin. Sana po matulungan nyo ako kc ang tagal ko na pong inaasikaso ang lupa at wala na po akung mapagtangan kc wala pk ako sapat na pira para pang gastos. Salamat atty.
