Atty, good day po. Ang harapan po ng lupa namin Ay May nakatira pero ang lupa LNG po nila na May tax Dec na ang area LNG nila 12.54 AQ it are meter. Nakakuha po sila sa lupa namin na half meter . Ngaun po nagwiddining na po. Instead po na 10 meters ang widdining ay umapela sa barangay na bawasan.ng kaya 8 meters na LNG kaya May natira sa kanila na. Pero kong sinunod po ang 10 meters ang na sunod wala na po problema open na po sa aming lupa. Salamat po Atty.

My question is pwede po bang mabawi Namin ang original TCT ng napanalong kaso sa parte ng lupa ng Aming magulang gayung Nalinlang ang tatay ko ng kanyang kumpare na nagmanay-ari ng lupa sa kadahilanang hihiramin lang pañsamantala ang titulo pero Hindi na po ibinalik sa tatay ko ang titulo.

good morning atty. ask ko lng po ang inyong suggestion sa current situation na sumusunod. noong 1982 po pumayag yung father ko at local municipality water utility na gamitin land property namin para mag cross ang water pipelines sa kabilang neighbors namin na walang easement record, bale verbal lng. Sa current time, ako po magmamana ng lote na yan na me mga water pipelines. gusto ko po ipa relocate ung mga pipes outside my property kasi magpa gawa po aq ng bahay. di ko po maaring takpan mga pipes bka mag leak later .alsking problema. ano po kayang dapat kong gawin para maipa relocate? thnx po.
