I really appreciated this video - thank you both. I’ve been keen to add prebiotics + probiotics to my routine for a while now (for mood and stress) and keep seeing Symprove everywhere. I’d like to know more about VSL#3 which Nathalie mentioned and why she chose this one for herself.

This was really helpful. I travel a lot for work & always take my own food. I’m also a fan of Tupperware. For things like yoghurt that need to stay cold I use a small thermos food jar. Avocados r the perfect snack food! Crisps are my big weakness.

I was show a chart by my oncologist where my bone density was, I was quite shocked to se that I was above the normal range for osteoporosis as I’d always exercised and ate well all my life despite going through breast cancer. I went home and research and started doing much more weight resistant training. One next visit my oncologist could not believe that my test results were down in the very normal range, she said she’d never seen anything like it. I upped my protein just a bit by eating more meat especially red. My muscles improved very quickly and I had a lot more energy.

Just stocked up on cottage cheese and nuts and seeds, what a fabulous snack!!! What do you think about intermittent fasting? 5:2 800 calories 2 days per week?

Eating zero carb carnivore has been a game changer. A focus on adequate saturated animal fats and quality ruminant protein has changed my physical composition and mental wellness.

Interested in the seed breakfast...can we get info on what quantities/portion sizes we should be aiming for? Nuts/seeds are calorically dense/high, so portion is important...Thank you for a great video!

I have been vegan for the past nine years and it was the best thing I've ever done in terms of my health and wellbeing. I am 58 and never experienced any negative menopause symptoms and feel very healthy and happy with my food choices. I don't take any supplements and so far have not felt the need to. Would highly recommend this diet/lifestyle

You do need to take B12 if you’re vegan . It is CRUCIAL

@@paulasoy2731 that only measures what’s in your blood , not what’s getting into your cells . Levels are set low in this country at 280 , in other countries they treat anything under 500 . But! Whatever your levels are .. do yourself a solid and research it yourself - you MUST take b12 if you’re vegan . Look up how important / essential for life b12 is if you don’t believe me . You’ll save yourself a lot of ill health in future . By the way , I’ve been vegan for years and I know all about b12 as my son needs injections for life through the gp as he can’t absorb it , it’s called pernicious anaemia and people used to die of it, that’s right , lack of b12 causes death .

Great, helpful video, thank you. My problem with buying blueberries is that they are mostly shipped from far away and have an awful carbon footprint; is there an alternative that's grown closer to home?

Berries in general are excellent, not just blueberries. You could find which grows nearest to you and replace with those.

I just feel like a fat blob. I eat and splurge on chocolate and sugary things. I defiantly like food for me is an emotional thing and if I am feeling down and tired I go for chocolate and all the wrong things.
