So I found this video while I'm trying to get my ultimate c wired controller to work on my pc to play I kid you not, No Man's Sky... great game

I tested it on an Intel computer and it worked normally on 2.0 or 3.0 ports. But on my computer AMD I had compatibility issues too, only recognizes the control on 2.0 ports, it could be a problem related to bios or drivers on AMD computers. I noticed that on my desktop PC the control only works on USB 2.0 ports. And on my notebook, which only has working USB 3.0 ports and doesn't recognize the control, I use a USB 2.0 hub. with the hub the control works normally.

on my windows laptop and linux desktop it is not at all working while holding down the x button

Here I could see that the control is only compatible with USB 2.0 ports. When connected to USB 3.0 or higher ports, the control is not recognized. The solution I found was to use the control on a USB 2.0 port or use a 2.0 hub on a 3.0 port on my notebook. the Hub transforms the USB 3.0 connection into four 2.0 ports where the control is recognized. I hope this can be resolved with a firmware update.
