Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is set to develop India's next global economic hub, this time in Navi Mumbai. RIL has secured sub-leases on approximately 3,750 acres of land for Rs 13,400 crore. Indian companies should invest where land rates are less and develop areas far from Big cities, so other satellite small cities develop. INDIA neeeds to come out of mega cities.

You are absolutely right but developing small cities takes more time, money and risk of not being successful whereas on the other hand a city near likes of Delhi Mumbai Bangalore are sure to be successful+ location is also a major factor new cities near tier 1 cities attract more investment even small businesses invest there but in a less known city it's not the case for example dholera which isn't able to attract investment that much compare that to gift, gurugram , noida or Navi Mumbai or the not even started Mumbai 3.0 . Less known cities need infrastructure like expressway, airport, railway first that depends on the government which we know how bad they are at doing work and it takes years to just get permission and when they have better conditions in gujrat people of other states start crying.

Because of the issues with air quality and life quality in Mumbai we considered Navi mumbai as an alternate option. Now this industrialisation will come to Navi Mumbai as well. Hope this doesn't spoil the life quality there.

a lot of other reasons, i am also a bjp supporter but i wil also talk about the Agniveer scheme, the ayodha temple also because many houses, temples demolished but not compensated, plus the caste factor. BJP should give local issues a priority like unemplyment, skill problem of indian youth, education policy. this things fetch a lot of votes from youth.

Because last ten years were a headache. Too much polarization and bhashan difficult to say or do anything. We have a short memory on actual reasons as we forgive easily so the narrative on reservation is justified.
