I think he did get something done to them for the reason many people state: they don't move. More specifically, they never relax even a little bit, even when he's sitting relaxed for an hour+ doing a podcast. Even open and stage ready IFBB pros with 3% body fat doing megatons of gear dont look like this when they're relaxed. It could be believable if he just looked like this in pictures or brief videos where he's flexing the whole time, but when the abs look exactly the same the entire time even while sitting through a multiple hour podcast, naahh man. He definitely had something done. He has had plenty of money to afford way better surgeons and techniques than the random people you Googled to show how unnatural it looks. Plus you even demonstrated in this video that the one person who ab modification looked good on was the one who had an actually fit body to match the aesthetic.

There’s the ab etching surgery too, it enhances the abs that are there. Lipo around the abs along the separation lines, without implants. Still looks weird if the rest of your body doesn’t match.

@@fren6363 no. Lipo removes the fat cells. If you have any fat cells left in that area, they can grow in size again as you gain weight. But won’t gain any new fat cells in that place

The biggest thing I'm noticing with the implants you looked up, is that they don't follow the actual human anatomy of the general abdominal sheath. It doesn't take into account things like origin and insertion points of the abdominal/core; let alone distinguishing different tissue, muscle, fascia, tendons, muscular groupings, or factoring a specific individuals genetic proportions. This liver king guy just looks like a guy that has been hitting the sauce, and has subsequently developed the Palumboism distended stomach and abdominal region that is well known in the fitness industry.

I think he got abdominal etching personally, which is basically just a form of liposuction where they take fat away from the lines to accentuate the muscles better while still leaving some fat to keep things looking slightly more normal. That's why almost all the examples of abdominal etching that you stumble across look halfway decent. If you can get to a point where you have a decent physique and some abs, etching is probably the way to go to get that final level of "cut" look while looking mostly reasonably realistic.
