We know LB's feeling on Southgate (I agree), but this takes the biscuit if he goes up the M62. Anyone taking on Liverpool is going to finding it a poisoned chalice following Klopp. The post Fergie years at Old Trafford problems are about to take the mantel at Anfield. There is a massive lack of world class managers available right now (Southgate is far far from that by the way). It will be an interesting season at Liverpool next season for sure. We'll be in a similar situation when Pep hangs up his whistle, it's just a nightmare.

Im a Liverpool fan and absolutely nobody is in meltdown apart from people with zero football knowledge . 🤓. He may have rejected us but rejection isnt always a bad thing . Maybe he is being honourable to Leverkusen . If he can leave Leverkusen for us in a year , he could leave us for Real Madrid. Im not going to come on here and use all FFP stuff you probably have to hear all the time , but i cant believe you think what Klopp has done as average . He was up against the best team in premiership history and arguably the best manager in history. He reached three champions league finals and pushed City to insane levels a couple of times , where in any other era he wins two or three league titles.He has built a club to be proud of with discipline and stability and youth players coming through . Liverpool might have a dry spell or they might recruite another intelligent manager whi knows how to win more games than and in a slightku different win . If people think what Klopp has done isnt enough then by that reckoning the next managef can stand on the shoulders of giants and win multiple trophies. You might not admit it, but if Guardiola keft next year you would snap somebodies hand off to get Klopp and not just to purely rub it in Liverpoll fans like mines face.
