"Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: ""If you all depend on Allah with due reliance, He would certainly give you provision as He gives it to birds who go forth hungry in the morning and return with full belly at dusk"".
[At-Tirmidhi, who categorized it as Hadith Hasan]."

4 things to facilitate tawwakul in your heart 1.The absolute knowledge of Allah 2.The absolute Qudrah/ Quwwa of Allah 3.His Perfect Hikmah 4. His Absolute Mercy Second phase is to take the means/efforts Third phase is to surrender to the result decreed by Allah Ibn Qayyum says people respond in 4 ways to Allah's decrees 1. Angry /Whining 2. Patience 3. Rida- Contentment 4. Shukr- Gratitude

-“Alhamdulilallah I do my ibada that’s my exercise “ - “ may Allah bless that’s exercise for your soul, your body needs exercise too” I laughed at that cuz that’s exactly what I tell myself when I don’t feel like exercising and it hit home lol 😂😂
