Hey guys! Welcome to a full week in my life weekly vlog.
In this vlog we tried the viral coconut oil pulling method and I had some interesting thoughts. I had a lot of editing to do in the house and I showed you bits of my morning routine with Kenzo. I did also have errands to run so we went to the mall together where I discovered a new tech must have wish list item from Canon. I received a delivery from Superbalist and a not so accurate delivery from MrPrice Home. I wrapped up the vlog with a clean with me of my apartment.

I'm a full-time dreadlocks girlie 😅 i just twist and do maintenance from time to time, so this winter like any other winter my protective hairstyle is my dreadlocks 😅 i just decide if i wear it down, curl it or tie it in a cute bun😊

For my current winter protective hairstyle, I opt for small cornrow lines with either wigs and headscarves on top, to provide an extra layer of protection. This combination allows me to not only style my hair but also effectively moisturize both my hair and scalp throughout the season.

Use that coconut oil for your hair and body especially if you suffer from dry skin , even cooking too . Soak your broccoli in salt water, wait 10 min , then drain and dry pat .Place it on your oven sheet drizzle with oil add black pepper and a bit of aromat, then grill for about 10 to 15 min until golden brown, enjoy my broccoli grilled and steamed

My current winter protective style is medium-sized knotless braids. They are not excessively long, I have had them for a week now and I honestly love that they not heavy either. Its been a while since I last experimented with hair color, so I decided that incorporating blonde with a hint of white would work ,& im really enjoying them so far.

Hey babe, My current protective hairstyle is just normal wig braids as I've transitioned back to wearing wigs. Winter is really cold and I've been straining my hair with ponytails and styling gel. This break was needed and I get to keep my head warm while I'm at it.. ❤❤

I definitely always make sure that for winter, I have braids in. They're easy to wash and keep moisturized, so my hair stays growing, but also I'm not manipulating it too much with combing etc. I also love being able to see the growth🥺

😂😂😂the coconut oil part had me dead😂😂😂😂 But you can cook with coconut oil still and it doesn't smell in the food so consider it so it doesn't go to waist Or use it in your feet as a moisturizer it's really good♥️love you loads✨❤️

I brush my teeth twice a day if I can and recently something I discovered, by reading the instructions on your toothpaste, do NOT rinsing after, so the fluoride can do its job. This actually works for me because I can chew on sweets and chocolate without that weird uncomfortable sensation with my teeth. I think I need to go see my dentist soon anyway🙄

I currently have knotless braids in and going to switch over to my headband and closure wig so I am really protect the hair. The braids have been great for low maintenance but if I want my hair to grow, it needs to be in wig lines. Kenzo is so cute. Does he ever bark?😂

I felt that first spit. It’s meant to be liquid - switching/ oil pull is a skill shame and the 15-20 mins is way too long asoze. Love seeing you again babes 😂😂😂 Coconut oil can be used on your body, cooking as well as pre-poo on your hair ❤🫶🏾
