Thank you so much for these videos Anna! I've recently fell in love for the first time ever, and in loving him I kinda lost myself due to abandonment issues and other childhood traumas , I find out that I can't love someone else without loving myself first, your videos give me motivation and inspiration to heal and live my best life, I wish you all the best and I hope I'll be able to get over him or atleast have a healthy relationship with him!

I feel exactly the same when it comes to people and spending time with them. When I am with my friends I'm the most sociable person but when it comes to the people who I don't know I feel like they only taking energy from me and nothing more haha ❤

sooo good to see you branching out and working on strengthening friendships with others!! sometimes when we get into a relationship, we let go of the reins a little bit when it comes to maintaining friendships (which is okay, just try your best to make the effort!). even tho it doesn’t necessarily require a breakup to get you back to fostering those friendships, it’s a positive thing that we should all strive for- single or not!

I can relate to you so so sooo much about being an ambivert (extrovert with loved ones, introvert with people I barely know). My new movement for this months is running on treadmill...I've never been a runner, I hated it and and somehow 2 weeks ago I just wanted to try it and kept doing it :D Can you make a vlog in German as well?🤩😍

I’m like that too. My boyfriend would see me have energy around my friends and then wonders where it goes when we’re around his. I’m usually sitting there on IG and I’m still exhausted by the time we leave
