This video came into my home in the perfect moment, I just came back from two weeks with my long distance boyfriend. It was amazing, full of love and care for each other but I really didn't do shit and NOW I have to go back into my routine, but I don't have any will to do that lol.

watching this as im currently sick haha, needa get back into routine after sleeping super late for past week and not doing much except lie in bed (which is valid but starting to feel like i just keep staring at screens all day). started doing some reading to try to take my eyes off screens and want to get back into a workout routine soon hopefully! (been coughing my lungs out so going out for pilates isn't a great idea but might do some at home simpler workouts instead!)

It's totally normal to grow out of a routine. When you start feeling burnt out and it way hard to get back into it somethings got to change for you to grow . That's what I learned

Bec iam a big girl yoga turns into a work out like lifting weights. My advice is to start small then as time gose on things feel to easy add . Like start with stretching then maybe in a couple weeks start doing yoga as well. Don't go big start small you don't want to get overwhelmed

Hi Anna from a fellow Anna! I really love your videos. I also live with my boyfriend and I have a question. Do you manage to make your bed every morning? Us two have very different schedules and he often is still sleeping when I leave the apartment... How do you guys handle that?

I try to make my side of the bed every day - I used to make the entire bed because Malik is too lazy tbh but at this point I gave up haha 🤣 it’s his turn to learn and build that part of his morning routine. I make my side of the bed right after getting up, I don’t care about his schedule at this point haha

great question! The plastic Waterdrop uses for their packing can be recycled and the amount is minimal! The plastic which would be needed for producing one cap of a conventional plastic battle is enough for 10 Waterdrop wrappings! It’s def not ideal but a lot of eco-friendly brands still struggle with finding the perfect wrapping that’s plastic free. One day we will get there, I am sure!
