Hey mate, love the content but wanted to give you a little tip. I've noticed when you go to cook fish and add flour, seasoning, panko, etc., you have some trouble with it sticking to the fish or squid. Try adding a little oil to the meat first, then season/flour and it works pretty well. No need for milk or eggs 👍

You can take some fruit seeds like coconut or lemons every time you go on an island. The next time you come, you must be exited for trees you've planted. Your son can come here and say that the coconut tree was planted by his dad!! Isn't it nice!!!

Heheheh either a bigger pan or smaller fish, my friend. Good stuff. Really enjoy this. Takes me back to my boy scout days. Oh, one thing; adding a little cut up onion to the pan after cooking, gives you both a few sauteed onions plus will deglaze the pan nicely. The onions will pick of the flavor of the fonds, as well.
