We live in San Antonio, TX. We always plan our western trips so that we arrive in time for the Farmers market on Saturdays. We have been doing this for over ten years. We pass through Las Cruces annually and we wouldn't miss the Farmers market. We have found beautiful artwork and other items for our home as well as gifts for friends and relatives.

I really miss Las Cruces. It was a great place to live. I hope to move back home when I retire.

Make sure you do move back. I lived in San Antonio for years, then was transferred back to Washington, DC. I swore I would return to San Antonio as soon as I retired, and I did. I have friends who never followed their dream to return to a beloved city and they regretted it.

I was there some years ago. I lived at Las Cruces 24 months. That was one of the best time in my life. Beautiful university.

I want to live in Las Cruces, went there once, and fell in love with the place. Very simple life, peaceful way of life, compared to Los Angeles

Born and raised in Las Cruces. But live in another state 30 plus years now. LC used to be ugly and is now nicer with all the development towards the Telshor area. Still visit family here.

This video fails to point out the amount of crap, rather than craft, offered regularly. There needs to be attentive, careful vetting of vendors before allowing them in.

I'm not seeing what you're seeing. In order to be a vendor. The item have to be made grown locally. Thats what keeps the crap out.

Is there anything cornier than a goddamn farmer's market or the dorkwads who frequent them? I'm going to have to say no. Absolutely not. Not even a possibility.

@@REL602 I agree. I stay at my house in Mesilla when I go to NM. I think Mesilla is kind of charming, unlike Las Cruces. I go to Albertsons or Walgreens in Las Cruces sometimes. Lots of trashy looking homeless asswagons, I noticed.
