In the process of filing my last two years tax return... then reapply with lenders. I should be ready to buy by the end of this month. Based on my DTI and income, I should qualify for the lower end of the price range of this newly built community you are showing here, although I prefer to save money and avoid maxing out my borrowing power. Question: if I did decide to purchase one of these newer homes in Artistry, does this specific city/community allow homes to be utilized for short term rentals? Do you, or anyone on your team specialize in purchasing homes specifically for short term rentals? I'm interested in all areas from Ft Lauderdale to Palm Beach...coming from west coast.

Great question! Lots of communities have restrictions on short term rentals. It depends of the Rules and Regs of the community. The Board of Directors decides this. It can also be changed. Our was. In New Construction the Board is made up of the Builder's Members until turnover. Reach out to further discuss. Are you familiar with Palm Beach and / or Palm Beach Gardens?

@@LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA I've stopped through Palm Beach a couple of times in the past 6 months. But haven't spent enough time to really familiarize myself with the city. But overall goal is get as close to Miami as possible, Ft Lauderdale was the goal, but is a bit overpriced now, Pompano and Boca still has reasonable prices, Palm Beach is very appealing as well. Are you familiar with Boca communities?
