you should make predictions of what you think the house will sell for then give an update on the house when it does sell

I have thought about that…. It would be fun even if I would be wrong at times….but for now I rather say that in private to real buyers or members only chat room …. I don’t want to do that publicly because as the channel gets bigger then it could become a self fulfilling prophecy

Do you think this house will sell quickly since it has a specific buyer in mind?

Not a chance. It’s already been on the market for 5 months. They only bought it for $16 million, then did a bunch of renovations & gave it a facelift, but the jacked the price to an outrageous amount of $44 million. I bet it easily will take another two years.

I have seen developers get lucky before, this dev did Logan Paul’s old house in Encino and he sold it relatively fast …but it took Logan ages to sell it because he was the only buyer for it… this could go the same way… I say a KZfaqr but it’s price is so high, that it has priced even then out…. The dev payed too much for it also… $16m was way too much for this house back then for the condition it was in

I love the interior but I think the exterior will look dated in 10 years when the barn-style goes out of fashion

What I like: You can play hockey in your living room barn. What I dont like, its a barn, no views, it looks scary. Add a little snow and you can shoot the shining 3 there. I wouldnt want to sleep inside there alone, it really looks like a you took the wrong turn and ended up at the local serial killer billionaires summer hideout. Woe the poor bastard who actually tries to dig a hole in the backyard to look.. what lies under. This house is like the little brother to the horror brick that is the 2611 Glendower Ave but without views and tucked away where no one can ever hear you scream!

This guy's taste doesn't seem to really resonate with L.A. buyers... they tend to languish on the market and yet he keeps the same style and finishes over and over again!
