Is the grass always this brown everywhere?

@@michaelharper4028 Hey Michael. No. This is dormant bermuda grass. To save on costs the HOA only will overseed certain areas. Not a fun process, but necessary here - extension.arizona.edu/overseeding-bermudagrass-lawns-annual-ryegrass

@@EscapeToArizona Interesting ! Thanks for the information. Is there a way I can tell which specific neighborhoods overseed? (I/E The Groves vs. Mountain Ranch, etc...)

@@michaelharper4028 seems like they all overseed the main parks in the communities but they don't do the other green spaces. I'm sure if you called the HOA they would definitely be able to tell you. I've seen maps that they put out before where they explain where they're going to do the overseeding in the winter..

I love an area with no street parking overnight. Looks so much more attractive and helps keep crime low. Is it also that way in Seville? Keep the great videos coming, as they are really helping us with our research of the various areas in and around PHX.

Going up still. Not as quickly but definitely still low supply.

Not really. UofA is closer to Tucson. This is near Phoenix. It's about a 1hr50min drive.
