We met as Game Wardens in North Carolina and have moved across the country and world ever since. Living in North Carolina, Colorado, Washington, and now Guam, we are always outdoors and drinking beer. Nothing ever goes as planned here, but it doesn't stop us from trying. Know its not cheap and now isnt best time to travel. But your in a part of the world where you could adventure to other places like Bali, Palawan, Palau etc. Also since u guys have a boat why not drive out to cocos island idk?

Try the Emeril glue almost like a second layer of skin wired but it works for me.

@@CandEAdventures Man u guys should also watch out for leptospirosis. My friend's son caught it awhile back while being in the jungle. He was in the hospital for a bit and his kidneys were failing. He's better now. I wouldn't want my favorite idiots to get it =)

I’d suggest hitting up the mangrove habitat near polaris point. They have lots of crabs there fiddler et al and other wildlife.

I bought them on Amazon because they fit my unusually small head 😂 I believe they are listed as “Gleyemor” Aviator sunglasses 52mm. But I’m sure they make the size for average heads too! It wasn’t pleasant, you’re right! My cuts are now finally going away after a couple weeks 😳

Is Guam jungle safe to walk into? Isn't it easy to encounter snakes and wild boars? Otherwise, I will love to go for tramping into Guam jungles, too.

The snakes here, though venomous, are nocturnal so it's pretty rare to see them during the day. We haven't heard of anyone being attacked by the feral pigs here. They are pretty skittish and tend to run away from people. There are news stories of people getting lost from time to time, but no need to fear as far as animals are concerned :)
