I usually spend a large portion of my money on food !! in this vlog, I went grocery shopping with my brother. we bought a lot of veggies, fish, and desserts! I also opened up about one of the things I'd love to tell my 16 yr old self at the end of the vlog 🤍

Advice I have for you when you eat a lot of oily food is to drink hot tea because it washes all the oil out of your system. I was told that when i first went to hong kong when i was a kid where in chinese restaurants there everyone drinks hot tea for that reason because chinese food tends to be oily

This makes so much sense and idk why i never thought of it! I’m American and love cold drinks with food but that probably causes it to clog and sit in your blood. Then you eat more without pushing it out and boom, Health problems
