I learned to repackage food items. You can put fresh fruit and greens in ziplock bags to save space.

My husband is a long haul truck driver and I go with him on the road! I put all fresh fruits and vegetables in mason jars and put down in a cooler with ice! I put a paper towel in the bottom of the jar to help with moisture for the things that need it! I put what doesn’t fit in the cooler in freezer bags to help with space and put those in the VERY small fridge that we also have!

Zip lock freezer bags w/slide top, quart and gallon sizes, are miraculous space savers and keep fresh produce vital longer. Just individually wrap items in papertowels in put in ziploc, squeezing as much air out of bag as possible. With greens, just line inside of a gallon bag with papertowels and put greens in. x Wendy

I recommend a hanging basket for the fresh stuff and maybe using ziploc to portion out the greens then they fit better in a cooler!! Loving your journeys and thanks for taking us along. Give Ruby a big smooch from all of us followers!!

Nothing nicer than a warm terry cloth washcloth on your face! It feels like when you felt overseas. You get a warm cloth to wipe your face! Bliss.

Little tip about storing the container of lettuce and olives.. because the containers take up a lot of space in your cooler.. get a gallon size ziplock bag and dump the salad and olives in it together take out all the air and it should fit in your cooler.. I transfer most of my produce into 1 gallon reusable zip lock bags so that they lay flat or stack on their sides and lined up like a deck of cards.

Rowan, you could have a few ziplock sandwich bags (or even quart bags) and add the lettuce and strawberries you didn't eat to the empty spots of the cooler. Storing some wouldn't take up much room at all and could help with some leftovers. I love watching your videos!

Bet that warm water felt good first things in the morning 🌄! You can also do a few drops of No Rinse body wash concentrate. It smells fresh and clean, and it suds up a bit, too, depending on how many drops. The best thing is you can just wipe and dry, and you're done✅️ . No extra water needed for, hint the name, rinsing. You can buy at any medical supply store or Costco pharmacy special order, gets there in a few days.

That was a beautiful day trip. At the dog park when the friendly dog went to check out Ruby's water bowl... I ALWAYS gather up any food or water when other dogs arrive. It's very important to do that. Did you see Ruby 👀 go quickly to keep a quick tab or her bowl? Even friendly dog and very well know to you dogs friends can take issue with any food or drink they find. It's natural for them to lay claim to it. Just a kind tip to reduce the potential Hazzard of aggressive behaviors from anyone or any transferring illnesses to our sweet Miss Ru. ❤. I think she thoroughly enjoyed her beautiful day 😍 😊.

Good afternoon Rowan and Ruby. My wee chihuahua Cisco hates the water,lol. We go to Lake Ontario and even when its quiet if i lift him above the soft waves at the shoreline he picks his legs and feet up and tucks them up as far as he can! No doggie paddling for him. 😅

Love the video!!!! Ruby is so so stinking cute lol I'd never trust taking out two dogs to a dog park, just because you don't know how they're going to react to other dogs and vice versa. A dog park near us, had four cops there, the other day, because this woman had three dogs, only one on a leash, and the two off the leash attacked another dog but it's a chance you take if the animals don't get along! Plus all the crap dogs can get from other animals that may not have their vaccinations, is scary!!!! Thanks so much for taking us along and sharing!!!!!! Have fun, b safe!
