My little dog Cisco loves when i can pick up from the grocery store a small piece of bone marrow, usually the butcher will give you free, i fill the centre withorganic peanut butter, just get at health food store, cheap, and freeze it. Good for his teeth, cools him down in summer, loves gnawing on it in general and really healthy, something different ❤❤

My dog liked ice cubes when his teeth hurt. He still likes them as treats but he really liked them when he was a puppy and he was getting his adult teeth.

Sweet onion chips are amazing. Dogs can't have onion or garlic, it's toxic to their respiratory system. Also for her teething, you could get her a Kong ball or bone. If you can't afford that, you could let her chomp a piece of tree branch lol my dog loves them. Maybe you could get her a big bone from the butcher, it should be labeled soup bone. Sweet onion kettle chips are my favorite 😋 may want to get her a hartz flea and tick collar, they're good for a year and work great. I get mine at Walmart and the Hartz collar for fleas, ticks and the eggs. Never had any issues. I don't give my dogs any oral medicine for flea and tick, because I don't trust that. My family has always trusted Hartz collar since I was a child. Also if you get her shots, make sure to get the Bordatello shot so she's protected against anything an animal may have left disease wise ❤️ sorry for so much advice, but we love and care for you two and want the best for you. I live in Michigan, Traverse City is the best town to visit. Once you are finished in the UP if you travel down lake Michigan side you would enjoy the ride it's beautiful. Also you can take a ferry in your van from lake Michigan side over to Wisconsin if you didn't know. so happy you made it to MI its still cold but the great lakes are pretty.

Fun fact (for me): I had never seen a drain plug like the one you put on your sink til you showed us that one. And now there's one in the bathtub here at my new apartment. The best thing for moose is to see it in the distance. My oldest nephew used to call folded chips like that wish chips.

Ive always wondered if vanlife people came up here because being that the U.P. is 95% wilderness with only 5% being populated. I would think it would be a perfect place in the summer. I love following your adventures with Ruby.

How often do you find you do a mass clean out and clean up of your fan? As someone who suffers from pretty severe ocd, I could see me missing out on all the fun stop and exciting adventures that await you at each stop. I would be too busy reorganizing every square inch of the fan and do laundry and all the non fun stuff. I am 70 years old. Need to stop and smell the roses! Maybe your vlogs will inspire me!

It is so beautiful when you see a bald eagle flying over you. 😊 I know you don’t have a freezer, but if you have a way of getting a washcloth really cold, Ruby can suck on that. Also, this may sound funny but it works, frozen waffles or pancakes. They are tasty for her and will help with the sore gums. Stay safe on your travels ❤
