Beautiful place! I remember I visited Way fair church ? on top of hill years ago...... Multi-million dollars homes on the hill side overlooking ocean ! Breath taking view ! But too bad they found big fault line that may cause 7.8 earthquake ? But who cares...🤔 Life too short to worry about ! I like the top of hill overlooking white point to San Pedro and sunrise to sunset !!😊

I have a condo in RPV. No one speaks to each other, and the Asians are prejudiced!! I am moving to Laguna Niguel, the people are 1 million times nicer, and it's a cleaner and newer environment.

Lived in Palos Verdes for a few decades. my summary, it's not just the environment, the landscape, the homes, the views, it's a way of thinking, Palos Verdes has a society beet for the hill. Living in Palos Verdes it's like going to finishing school. I was never Keen of the drive, too far removed from the freeways and Los Angeles and Orange County hubs. If I would compare Laguna or Malibu to Palos Verdes, say Palos Verdes would take the third seat; just because South Bay doesn't have the Staples compared to South Orange County or WLA. Housing element is great in many sections PV, but some hoods still need alot of redevelopment. If had to wrk in WLA, defin. would opt for Malibu...When I lived there, PV had great restaurants, but they have all abandoned the area. Today, would live in Malibu, just cause the westside of town has the finest staples in Socal.
