I take full advantage of Pro 2, Pro 4, & Pro 5 while living in Raleigh. Yes, the traffic & cost of living are cons that I feel here, and those two didn't really exist here until the mid-late 2010s. The weather here is actually quite enjoyable throughout the year if you love warm weather. Yes, it gets cold on occasion but those cold snaps are fairly short. The best things I like about living in Raleigh is the nice people, the nice weather, the variety of things to do, & Cook-Out. I love me some Cook-out burgers & fries.

This a great video and great information. All the cons you listed will be in every state but the pros listed puts Raleigh and surrounding area op of the list for quality of life!
