Nice overview of my hometown! You did overlook mentioning the Downtown Park that is a hub of amazing activity in the summer…concerts, festivals as well as a vibrant gathering space for residents. Light rail is nearing completion of construction and will help ease the increased public transport needs with all the new residents. Very exciting! Highlight of the social calendar is Derby Days which falls the weekend after July 4th every year and has all the classics: parade, bike race, rides, art festival. Once the summer arrives, there’s fun stuff to do every weekend out in the community. There’s an impressive walking trail system and many, many public parks. Always lots to do!

I love the v-log idea. Please followup with v-logs of other sites. Perhaps those at the other end of spectrum such as Tacoma, Renton, Aurora.

How's the humidity in Seattle? Does your skin get sticky? Phone app shows cloudy weather with rain and drizzle in winter. Must produce much humidity.

The humidity is not too bad here, especially when its colder. When it gets hot you feel the humidity more, but nothing like the tropics.

It really depends on who you ask. Redmond is a very desireable area. It is quite suburban and sleepy, which some people may not like. Cost of living and housing prices are very high. Median sales price for a single family home is around $1.4M.
