Those who've lived both in a Muslim & non-Muslim country will know what the sheikh is saying. It's completely different. Living in an underdeveloped Muslim country with a low income is much more better than living in an advanced non-Muslim country even if they offer a high paycheck.

I can approve of that. At first I was very disappointed at the sight of the Muslims in Muslim countries. Some countries are worse than others. But in general you can avoid it much better in Muslim countries. And you can practice your religion freely. Like the ustadh said. The adhan is on for me.

Ok for people with British passports moving to countries like UAE , exchange it for Pakistani Indian Somali or Bangladeshi passport then see how the locals will treat you. We all want to live in Muslim countries but the reality is that you probably have more rights as a citizen in the UK than UAE. Furthermore arabs have become nationalistic and a lot are racist and would consider most foreigners as inferior. That's before you even discuss the possibility of work and income, finances etc I have lived abroad in a under developed nation and found the people to be the most corrupt violent and always a sense of insecurity and instability. The sincere Muslims are very few and far between in these countries. UAE may be a good option but it is because it resembles and idolised the west and a lot of the lavish and luxurious lifestyles are mostly unislamic .

@thepremaritaldiaries10 ай бұрын
I'm guessing that it's not the "passport" you're hinting at but the money. The UAE is known to be expensive but there are so many other muslim countries that you can live a decent lifestyle for a little.

Its true that the muslim countries are better to practise ones deen but the problem is that those like the Gulf countries have very strict visa laws and arent very welcoming to expats, for eg in Kuwait, where I had a great time living, it is very difficult to get a job due to the anti expat laws

34 years i am living in Gulf. Have always found time for deen. Stop talking nonsense. In my home country i have to travel kilometres to find a mosque and rarely i hear azaan when it is time. Gulf countries any corner you will hear azaan and every 500 meter you can find a mosque. If with all this facility you cant find time for deen stop blaming Gulf and take a good look at yourself.

Honestly, this is not the responsibility of the Muslim nations, rather, hijrah is very personal and deals with your taqwa and it is not imposed on you if you do not have the means. Did the Prophet (Saas) finance everybody’s obligatory hijrah?
