Hi guys happy weekend and welcome back~ Living abroad has always been a fun experience for me. I've lived in the US before and now I live in Spain and I've experienced culture shocks in both countries. In this video I wanna share my experience in both countries as a foreigner by comparing 7 points that really stand out to me. As I mentioned in the video, my experience may be limited to the cities that I've lived in, so if you wanna share the lifestyle in your region, please leave a comment~~~

You not only can tell the differences between the two countries but also give the reasons for that differences. This is a very informative video. Also the knowledge about the time zone of Spain is a very important fact that not everyone knows. I agree that is the reason for the weird meal schedule in Spain.

Hahaha thank you for the recognition! Yeah cuz when I travelled to Spain a few years ago, it really baffled me why the sunset is so late here given that Spain isn’t really at high altitude, so I looked up and it really took me by surprise!

I’m surprised, is it really common to not have your own washing machine in your apartment in Spain? Normally, in European cities, there’s a communal laundry room or each apartment has a machine. I only see recent migrants who live in shared housing use the public “pay per use” laundry in Northern Europe.

Oh in Spain yes😂 I meant in the US it’s quite common that there’s no washing machine at home😌 I’ve lived in 3 apartments in the US and none of them had a washing machine at home😂😂😂
