Hey! My name is Adam! I make Daily Vlogs. This week I'm doing the "Living on £1 a day CHALLENGE". It consists of me going out every day, finding bargains, discounts and cheap meals in order to stay alive! Now, I live in a relatively small city... Well... compared to somewhere like New York or London. I'm located in a little city in Northern Ireland and I just want to see if it's possible in a small city like this! Hope you enjoy!

More calories doesn't always mean more. Like you could eat 500 calories of junk and be hungry in a couple hours compared to 500 of protein or fruits and vegetables

There is this take away in the waterside called donaghys and I always see them throw out chip so there obviously left over chips you should go there for today
